Author Bio: Raniesha is Chief of Medicine Research, a neuroscientist, executive leader, author, and professional multi-instrumentalist operating at the intersection of scientific innovation, human development, and measurable impact. She holds a Master of Science in Biomedicine Research with a concentration in Neuroscience, along with dual bachelor’s degrees in Ethical & Organizational Leadership and Clinical Medical Laboratory Sciences. Graduating in the top 5% of her class, she was inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS)—an honor recognizing students with exceptional leadership potential and academic achievement.
As Chief of the Medicine Research Department and a former executive at a Research Institute, Raniesha specializes in translating rigorous scientific research into practical clinical applications. She strengthens multidisciplinary teams and advances scalable healthcare innovation. Her work focuses on expanding EMDR therapies through integrated neuroscience frameworks, prioritizing trauma-informed systems, and increasing equitable access to advanced treatments—particularly in underserved communities. In 2025, she was recognized as Champion of the Year for her outstanding contributions to medical research and leadership.
A lifelong musician, Raniesha began singing in the church choir at age two, developing extraordinary auditory perception that later supported her mastery of piano, organ, percussion, and vocals. She performs professionally with recording artists, live audiences, and church congregations, demonstrating disciplined creativity alongside scientific rigor.
Raniesha is also the author of Unknown Lifetime Unlocks and is currently developing the documentary Moments That Matter, a project exploring pivotal life experiences and human resilience. She has conducted over 15 interviews for this work and continues to expand the project through storytelling and media platforms. She also hosts her own podcast and has partnered with Brainz Magazine, contributing thought leadership on neuroscience, leadership, and human development.
Her work extends into advocacy and community engagement. Raniesha has collaborated with organizations supporting sexual assault awareness and survivor support initiatives, helping create safe spaces and promote trauma-informed dialogue for women. She has been featured in Insider Weekly and Nation Today, recognizing her leadership in research, advocacy, and innovation.

1.What inspires you most to write?
What inspired me to write most was I wanted to share how life experiences shape purpose and leadership.
2. What is your favorite genre?
Favorite Genre Thriller & Mystery.
3. Who is one author you admire if any and why?
Marie Mackenzie, & Christina Minoguchi one tells about a memior and being successful other keeps stories intresting as well as give real life examples but also both authors does information providing and suspense christina writes more about neuroscience as well.
4. How do you overcome blank writing spells?
Over come blank writing spells by staying motivated and having a mindset of this is what you are going to do and why you will do it.
5. What legal publishing advice can you give?
Legal publishing advice be truthful be open about whats said & also never steal others work.
6. How many books have you written, are any a bestseller yet?
I have written 3 this first will be my best seller.
7. If you had the opportunity to rewrite one movie script which would it be, why?
Rewrite one movie script it would be my documentary. This would be due to the scene & music playing.
8. What are some difficulties you've experienced in your writing career; how do you handle book critiques/criticism?
No difficulties it was a straight story.

Perfer to write in silence.
11. What are some encouraging words you'd give to another author/writer?
Encouragement for other authors stay using the formula Committed,Consecrated, & Consistent keep driving let nobody stop you.

12. How did you decide the pricing of your material; how did you go about promotion/advertising and distribution of your work?
Decided pricing by how I wanted it to reach people, promotions I did flyers, Library events, and hotels.
13. Why should anyone read your book?
People should read book because its motivation its growth and its practical relatable as well as and reflective for everyday life.

Yes my book had a coach.
15. What was your favorite subject in school?
Favorite subject in school science.
16. Are you self-published or have an established publishing contract elsewhere?
Not self published used by company contract.
