Megan Cauthen

Author Bio: Hi, my name is Megan Cauthen, and I was born with albinism—a group of genetic conditions that result in little or no melanin pigment in the skin, hair, and/or eyes. While there are many people around the world with albinism, many still don’t truly know what it is. That’s why raising awareness is so important—not only for our youth, but for adults as well. Inspired by my and my brother’s experiences living with albinism, I turned our journey into a children’s book that I hope will inspire, educate, and celebrate differences.
