Author Bio: Hello, I feel happy to enjoy the writing family!
As you know I am Dutch writer and it's nice to have international collegues.
I was born in 1957. I married twice, as a result I have 5 children, 3 of myself. In the meantime the next generation is growing up. From 4 months till 11 years ... Together we have 9 grandchildren.
With my husband Jan I live in Breda, in the southern part of The Netherlands, half an hour driving from Antwerp and Rotterdam.
I started my career as a copywriter and translator Engl-Dutch. For more than 30 years I worked from home as a freelancer. Often I had the dream to write a novel but did nothing until my retirement opened opportunities. In two years I wrote a psychological thriller and enjoyed the research, travelling, writing, editing, everything. I was supported by a coach to make the right switch from copywriter to author.
In may this year a short story (novel) was published in the collection of stories in ROOD (colour red).
It's about a Hotel date. A nice short story where 100 as a figure was required and a glass of red wine. Really a nice challenge!
At the end of this year the thriller Moordvent (that's a name for a man so handsome and charming that you miss the red flags) will be published, unfortunately only in Dutch language.
By the moment the publication is a fact we will have the opportunity to have the content translated into English and Spanish. That's important. Because the awareness of gaslighting could save lifes.
My protagonist succeeds in running away to Spain. However still it's not sure she is safe upon there, in the mountains ....
An exciting story with spicy notes and a message to those who recognize themselves in the protagonist...
